[Note for ticket purchase from advance sales for fan club]
1. Any ticket purchase from advance sales open for fan club is only available through YES24 from Aug. 10, 2015 (Mon.) PM 8.

2. The maximum ticket for a member of fan club is 2 tickets.

3. Please be advised that the tickets sold in the 1st advance sale will be delivered by bulk in order to prevent the congestion on the date of performance (the delivery date of tickets by bulk: Aug. 25, 2015 (Tue.)

4. The period for confirming of fan club certification will be 6 days from Aug. 5, 2015 (Wed.) 10AM to Aug. 11, 2015 (Tue.) 8 PM. If you are identified in advance as a member of fan club during the period of fan club certification, you can purchase a ticket quickly.

5. The way of obtaining certification as fan club member is as follows
- Please connect to the website of YES24 performance, log in, and enter your name/e-mail/member code, which were registered when you joined membership of fan club, on the screen of fan club certification of advance sales page.

(Member code is JS + 6 digit numbers for a member joined prior to Oct. ,2014/ JS+7 digit numbers for a member joined thereafter)
-Any ID certified once does not need to be certified when you log in again.

6. You can purchase a ticket via advance sales for fan club only during the one day and, otherwise, if you want to purchase a ticket thereafter, please use advance sales for the public

7. Please be advised that, in case of advance sales for fan club, the ticket purchase is completed only when you deposit ticket price up to Aug. 11, 2015 PM 23:59:59 and, otherwise, the purchase from the advanced sale will automatically be cancelled.

※ In case of the ticket cancelled via advance sales for fan club, that ticket will be transferred to the one to be sold in advance sale for the public and, if all the tickets for advance sale for fan club are sold out, advance sale for the public may not be carried out.

[Note for ticket purchase from advance sales for fan club]
1. Purchase a ticket via advance sale is only available through YES24 and you must purchase a ticket via advance sale under the name of person who will actually see the performance.

2. In case when you are a minor under 14, you can join membership of YES24 and purchase a ticket via advance sale through authentication via mobile phone or i-PIN. If you don’t have any mobile phone or i-PIN, you may select membership over 14 for joining membership through a mobile phone or e-mail you can get the message through it. However, in such case, you need to select the birth date randomly to complete membership and make a call to customer center to request changes that birth date to your birth date.

3. Please be noticed that, if you purchase a ticket in advance by selecting the payment by making a deposit without a bankbook, you must make a deposit up to the time of 23:59:59 of the following date to complete your purchase through advance sale and, otherwise, your purchase in advance will be automatically cancelled. For smooth process of advance sale, if you purchase a ticket in advance by selecting the payment by making a deposit without a bankbook, you are not be allowed to change the way of payment into payment with a credit card

4. Please be advised that the tickets sold in advance sale will be delivered by bulk in order to prevent the congestion on the date of performance. Only to the person completing his or her purchase via advance sale up to Aug. 24, 2015 (Mon.) 23:59:59 (the “Deadline for Bulk Delivery”), the tickets will be delivered by bulk from Aug.25, 2015 (Tue.)
Any person purchasing a ticket via advance sale after the Deadline for Bulk Delivery must receive his or her ticket at the ticket office on the date of performance. If any ticket registered to overseas place of delivery is returned due to absence of the purchaser, that ticket is available to be received at the ticket office on the date of performance and, in such case, the delivery charge will not be refunded. Please be advised that you must present the ID of purchaser and purchase via advanced sale slip for receiving the ticket at the ticket office on the date of performance.

5. Any cancellation, modification or refund after completion of purchase via advance sale is available only for the period as designated by the agency of advance sale.
※ Cancellation fee and the way of refund by payment method must comply with the policy of YES24 and, for more detailed information, you may refer to the homepage of YES24.

6. Any modification or refund is not available on the date of performance.

7. Please be advised that no child under 7 can see the performance because the hearing ability of that child may be impaired.

※ Any resale of a ticket through other route than designated place of advance sale, forgery, transfer or substitution for purchase is strictly prohibited as an unlawful act and the person engaging in such act shall be fully responsible for any damage thereof and the companies hosting or supervising the performance is not responsible for such damage at all. In addition, please be specially noticed that you are caught for unlawful trade, your ticket purchase via advanced sale will be cancelled and you may be legally punished.

[Note for Audience Admission and Audience Attitude]
1. The ticket office for the date of performance will be operated only for the period from 3 hours prior to the performance to 30 minutes after commencement of the performance (15:00~18:30). If you receive the ticket within that period or you are not the person purchasing the ticket, you may not be admitted to the performance

2. Only person possessing a ticket per person may be admitted to the performance

3. If any ticket is lost, reissuance of that ticket is not possible at all and, if you do not possess a ticket, you may not be admitted to the performance for any reason.

4. After commencement of performance, you may be admitted to the performance only at the time as designated separately depending on direction of performance. Please be advised that you must observe performance hour not to disturb other audiences’ seeing the performance.

5. In order for smooth process of performance, any recording/photographing sounds , pictures or video clips is prohibited and, if you are caught for that recording/photographing, the materials recorded or photographed will be deleted and you may be forcibly removed from the theater.

6. Please be advised that you are not allowed to move to the other section or seat and you must be seated in the designated seat

7. Please be advised that you are not allowed to readmitted once you are admitted to the theater.

8. Please be noticed that you need to be cautious in keeping the valuables safe. The companies hosting or supervising this performance is not responsible for any loss or theft of that valuables cause by carelessness of you.

Cancellation Policy

  1. (Show on Tue~Sat) available till 5 pm prior to show day to cancel
  2. (Show on Sun/Mon) available till 11am on Sat. to cancel

  1. No Cancellation Fee is available in 7 days from purchase date.
  2. 8 days from purchase date
     - ~ until 10 days before showday : Musical, Concert, Classic, Ballet 4,000won per 1 ticket / others 2,000 won per 1 ticket (But, 10% of paid amount)
     - 9 days before showday ~ 7 days before showday : 10% of paid amount
     - 6 days before showday ~ 3 days before showday : 20% of paid amount
     - 2 days before showday ~ 1 day before showday : 30% of paid amount
  
  * No.2 policy will first be applied.
  * If your cancellation is in within ten days from event day even if it is in within 7 days after booking, cancellation fee will be charged.
  1. · Booking fee can be refund until 23:59 on the day of the purchasing, Otherwise impossible.
  2. · Delivery charge won't be refund for ticket that delivered or returned.

Refund Policy
- 1. Credit Card
  - After 4~5 days(businees days) of purchase, credit card approval will be cancelled.
  - Cancellation fees and booking fees can be charged depending on the time of cancellation, and refunds will be made except for the fees.
  - If you have already received the ticket, the delivery fee is non-refundable.
  - If your order is unpaid, approval details and purchase cancellation are available
  If you cancel orders after payment with card charge, it will be deducted next month
  - If you cancel orders after payment, it takes three to seven(3~7) days
  - Refund date is depend on credit card company's policy. please call credit card company for more details.
- 2. PayPal
  - All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment.
  - If you paid by Credit of Debit card, your refund will go to your card within 30 days.
  - If you paid by PayPal Cash or Bank transfer, your refund will go back to the PayPal balance within 5 business days.
  - Beyond 1 day of the date of the original payment, PayPal's transaction exchange rate ( including a currency conversion spread ) on the date of the refund will apply.
  Therefore, due to changes in fees and exchange rates, you may not be able to receive the full amount of the original payment.(10 cents for PayPal payment fee is not refundable even if the reservation is canceled.)

Cancellation Policy
> Cancellation Policy
1. · The validity period of the ACE membership code is 30 days from the date of issue.(ex. When you issued ACE membership code on 12/1,
  the validity period is until 12/31)
2. · If the ACE membership code expires, you can’t use it. You can only get a refund if you cancel it directly on MY PAGE.
3. · For changing to ACE membership, you have to register issued ACE membership code at Lysn.
4. · Before the completion of registration and certification procedure of ‘ACE membership code’ for conversion to ‘ACE membership’ in ‘Lysn’,
  Cancellation of purchase of ‘ACE membership code’ is possible according to the reimbursement policy of YES24, without any separate cancellation fee.
5. · After registration and certification process is completed in ‘Lysn’ (completion of conversion to ‘ACE member’), certain amount of penalty will be incurred,
  and the remaining amount will be calculated and refunded in proportion to the remaining 'ACE membership’ validity period.
6. · When the cancellation fee (refund fee) has been occurred, only in the case that you pay the refund fee first you can cancel the purchase of
  ACE membership code.
7. · If you receive the ‘Membership card and Welcome kit', the shipping fee won't be refunded.
8. · To proceed on reimbursement process, the buyer of the‘ACE membership code’ must also maintain his/her YES24’s membership during the period of
  ‘ACE member’ status from time of purchasing ‘ACE membership code’.
9. · Full reimbursement will be unavailable from time when any of the benefits for “ACE members’ such as preemption for the artist’s concert, paid fan meeting, etc. is already provided or the Welcome Kit and membership card production is already started.
