Ticket INFO.
> This performance is over 7 years old. Children under age of seven are not allowed to enter.
> You can buy four tickets per person.
> If there is available seat, you can buy ticket on the booth on the day of concert.
> 1st floor is consisted of standing, 2nd floor is seats.
> Standing ticket holders will enter in order of reserved number.
> Cancellation/Change/Refund of tickets are available on booking web site. Exchange and refunds are not available after ticket closing in accordance with the regulations.
> Please take care of not losing ticket or wrist band, organizer does not have any responsibility regarding loss.

Caution
Any tickets purchased from others with additional fee besides designated reservation company cannot be cancelled or refunded. The responsibility for disadvantage caused by this will be solely to involved party. There is no responsibility of the organizing or relevant company.
Please be careful of damages related to this matter, as it is may involve in legal action and cancellation of ticket.

Ticket Delivery INFO
> Tickets will be delivered in order at once on 23th November, the ticket after that time can be picked up on-site.
> The ticketed that already delivered cannot cancelled online, it could be refunded after you return ticket to the reservation company.
> If the ticket is returned due to failure of receipt, you can find it on-site ticket office. Please contact Customer Service Center of ticket company regarding this issue.
> If you have not received the ticket even before a week, please contact reservation company.

Admission INFO
> The tickets you received by delivery or on-site should be exchanged for wrist band on ticket booth. You cannot exchange it without the ticket for any reason so please be careful not to lose ticket.
> Only person who wear the wrist band is admitted to the hall, it is not possible to enter with a ticket.
> You cannot move to other area or seat other than designated one.

Admission for standing seats
> Admission starts an hour before(4:00PM) the show begins by following personnel and displayed number on-site after waiting from two hours (3:00 PM) in order of reservation number.
>After admission, the number will be invalid. Please stand by before the admission is started.
> The reservation number is only valid for the order of admission. Please note that the location of standing and the gap between the audience are flexible.

Admission for normal seats
>Admission will start 30 minutes before the show begins. (It could be vary depending on the site situation.)
>Alcoholic beverages are provided, minors are not allowed to book and enter.
>Any alcohol or food other than provided in hall is not allowed to bring in.
>In case of second floor, it is required to confirm that you are an adult to get a ticket or wrist band. If the confirmation is not available, you cannot enter even though you hold the ticket.
>If you make other audience feel uncomfortable due to excessive drinking, you may be forced to leave, and you cannot refund ticket for this reason.

Regulation about identification
>Adult: ID card, driver’s license, passport, and application form for issuing ID are only allowed.
>Minor: Student ID, passport, welfare card, and photo ID with birth date are only allowed.
>Foreigner: Passport, certificate of alien registration, ID card issued by country, and passport copy are only allowed.

Auditorium INFO.
> It is unable to bring food and beverage in the hall except water in 500ml PET.
> Dangerous materials such as firecrackers, balloons and flags cannot be brought into the hall, and there may be sanctions.
>No smoking in concert hall.
>Please refrain any action that bother other audience, if your behavior excessively disturbs others, you may be faced sanctions or forced to leave by security personnel.
>Please be careful of your valuables. The loss and theft caused by personal carelessness is not matter for organizing parry to take responsible for.
>As long as there is no harm to others, taking pictures or videos with phone are allowed, but taking photos with expert equipment that is not authorized in advance, or recording/broadcasting on SNS with self-camera stick are prohibited. It would be deleted by the security guard and you may be forced to leave if it repeated several times.

Storage of personal items.
>No locker room in concert hall, but there is a locker outside of the hall. (500\x2 / coin exchange machine next to ticket booth)
>The number of locker is 500-550, using lock can be restricted according to circumstances.
>Organizer is not responsible for the damage or loss of belongings stored in locker.

  2. (Show on Sun/Mon) available till 11am on Sat. to cancel

  1. No Cancellation Fee is available in 7 days from purchase date.
  2. 8 days from purchase date
     - ~ until 10 days before showday : Musical, Concert, Classic, Ballet 4,000won per 1 ticket / others 2,000 won per 1 ticket (But, 10% of paid amount)
     - 9 days before showday ~ 7 days before showday : 10% of paid amount
     - 6 days before showday ~ 3 days before showday : 20% of paid amount
     - 2 days before showday ~ 1 day before showday : 30% of paid amount
  
  * No.2 policy will first be applied.
  * If your cancellation is in within ten days from event day even if it is in within 7 days after booking, cancellation fee will be charged.
  1. · Booking fee can be refund until 23:59 on the day of the purchasing, Otherwise impossible.
  2. · Delivery charge won't be refund for ticket that delivered or returned.

Refund Policy
- 1. Credit Card
  - After 4~5 days(businees days) of purchase, credit card approval will be cancelled.
  - Cancellation fees and booking fees can be charged depending on the time of cancellation, and refunds will be made except for the fees.
  - If you have already received the ticket, the delivery fee is non-refundable.
  - If your order is unpaid, approval details and purchase cancellation are available
  If you cancel orders after payment with card charge, it will be deducted next month
  - If you cancel orders after payment, it takes three to seven(3~7) days
  - Refund date is depend on credit card company's policy. please call credit card company for more details.
- 2. PayPal
  - All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment.
  - If you paid by Credit of Debit card, your refund will go to your card within 30 days.
  - If you paid by PayPal Cash or Bank transfer, your refund will go back to the PayPal balance within 5 business days.
  - Beyond 1 day of the date of the original payment, PayPal's transaction exchange rate ( including a currency conversion spread ) on the date of the refund will apply.
  Therefore, due to changes in fees and exchange rates, you may not be able to receive the full amount of the original payment.(10 cents for PayPal payment fee is not refundable even if the reservation is canceled.)

Cancellation Policy
> Cancellation Policy
1. · The validity period of the ACE membership code is 30 days from the date of issue.(ex. When you issued ACE membership code on 12/1,
  the validity period is until 12/31)
2. · If the ACE membership code expires, you can’t use it. You can only get a refund if you cancel it directly on MY PAGE.
3. · For changing to ACE membership, you have to register issued ACE membership code at Lysn.
4. · Before the completion of registration and certification procedure of ‘ACE membership code’ for conversion to ‘ACE membership’ in ‘Lysn’,
  Cancellation of purchase of ‘ACE membership code’ is possible according to the reimbursement policy of YES24, without any separate cancellation fee.
5. · After registration and certification process is completed in ‘Lysn’ (completion of conversion to ‘ACE member’), certain amount of penalty will be incurred,
  and the remaining amount will be calculated and refunded in proportion to the remaining 'ACE membership’ validity period.
6. · When the cancellation fee (refund fee) has been occurred, only in the case that you pay the refund fee first you can cancel the purchase of
  ACE membership code.
7. · If you receive the ‘Membership card and Welcome kit', the shipping fee won't be refunded.
8. · To proceed on reimbursement process, the buyer of the‘ACE membership code’ must also maintain his/her YES24’s membership during the period of
  ‘ACE member’ status from time of purchasing ‘ACE membership code’.
9. · Full reimbursement will be unavailable from time when any of the benefits for “ACE members’ such as preemption for the artist’s concert, paid fan meeting, etc. is already provided or the Welcome Kit and membership card production is already started.
