[Notice in booking tickets]
1. Notice in booking tickets online
· Tickets are booked through ticket agency of YES24 only and please book the tickets in the name of the person who will actually watch the performance.
· Children under the age of 14 can book the tickets after signing up for the membership of YES24 after mobile phone certification or i-PIN certification. Without the mobile phone or i-PIN in the name of the person who wish to book, purchasers can sign up for the membership through the contact mobile phone or e-mail after selecting the column of 'Common Member' over the age of 14. But in this case, after selecting randomly the information of birth date and completing signing up for the membership, contact Customer Service Center and request for changing the birth date.
· The person who booked the ticket through telegraphic transfer mode shall complete the booking of ticket normally when sending the amount of ticket by 23:59:59 at the next day of booking date. Please note that in case of not transferring the ticket price within the designated time, the booking will be cancelled automatically. To book the ticket without any problem, the purchaser who booked the ticket through the telegraphic transfer mode is not allowed to change the payment into the payment mode of credit card.
· To prevent from the congestion in the event venue on the day of performance, tickets will be delivered collectively.
The tickets only for the person who completed the booking of the ticket by at 23:59:59 on August 23(Tue.) will be delivered collectively from August 24(Wed.)
The purchasers who booked the tickets after the deadline of collective shipping shall collect their tickets at the on-site box office on the day of performance. Tickets registered as the overseas shipping destination and the tickets returned due to the absence of customer can be collected at the on-site box office and in this case the shipping fee shall not be repaid. In case of collecting the tickets at the on-site box office, please present the ID and booking statement to collect tickets at the box office.
· Cancellation, exchange and refund of tickets after completing booking can be allowed within a certain designated period at the box office.
· After the deadline of ticket sale, no cancellation/refund can be allowed.
· In case of a wrong shipping address or a loss and damage of the ticket, tickets are not reissued and no one without presenting tickets is admitted with any reason.
※ Cancellation fee and refund mode by the means of payment is in accordance with the policy of YES24 and regarding detailed information, refer to the web site of YES24.
· No ticket is not allowed to be exchanged and refunded on the day of performance.
· Any person who presents damaged ticket is not admitted and please be careful in keeping tickets.
· This performance can be cancelled without any notice in advance due to the events of force majeure and natural disaster.

※ After collecting tickets, please don't post the images of tickets on the Internet(personal Web blog , cafe and etc.). Please note that customers can suffer from the damage because the tickets can be faked through illegal counterfeit.
※ The illegal activities such as monopoly, fake, transfer and proxy purchase of tickets through other channels other than designated ticket agencies are prohibited strictly. The responsibility of the damage caused from the activities is on the pertinent parties and the companies which host and organize the event have no responsibility at all. In addition, please take careful notes as in case of being caught conducting illegal activities, there may be legal sanctions along with the process of booking cancellation.

2. Operation of Box Office
· On-site box office on the day of performance is opened by 30 minutes after the opening of performance from 3 hours prior to the performance(13:00 ~ 16:30). In case of not collecting within the designated time or not being the person who books the ticket, ticket collection and admission to the venue are not allowed.
· Only the person who booked the ticket can collect the ticket in case of collecting at the on-site box office.(Please present your booking number and ID Card)
· On-site tickets are sold at the on-site box office on the day of performance for the remaining tickets only on the web site of YES24. (In case that tickets are sold out in advance, there will be on-site ticket sale. And there will be no additional notice related to No On-Site Ticket)

[Notice in Admission and Viewing]
1. Admission information
· According to the guide of notice board and staffs in the venue one hour prior to the event, the admission can be allowed prior to the opening of the performance. Please be seated at least 10 minutes before the performance for the performance without any problem.
· As the seats are not allowed to be changed between sections and columns, please watch the show in the designated seat.
· Please note that after the admission you cannot re-enter the hall.

2. Viewing Information
· The admission is allowed for the person presenting one ticket per person only..
· The children under 7 cannot see that show because the noise from the show may take its toll on their hearing.
· Only at the point of the designated time separately according to the intention of production, admission can be allowed. Please observe the performance time not to prevent other customers from viewing of the show.
· Recording photos and video for the smooth performance is not allowed. When caught recording during the show, the recoded photos and videos shall be deleted and the pertinent customers may be ejected from the venue and please cooperate with us.
· Be careful in keeping the personal belongings. The host and organizer of the show disclaims all responsibility for the loss and theft caused by your carelessness.

· We operate our cloakrooms and for the reference when a cloakroom is full of article, you can't use it.

[Transportation Information]
As the parking lot in the theater is expected to be congested on the day of event, please use the public transportation not to watch the performance by being late at the venue due to delayed parking.

  1. No Cancellation Fee is available in 7 days from purchase date.

     - ~ until 10 days before showday : Musical, Concert, Classic, Ballet 4,000won per 1 ticket / others 2,000 won per 1 ticket (But, 10% of paid amount)
     - 9 days before showday ~ 7 days before showday : 10% of paid amount
     - 6 days before showday ~ 3 days before showday : 20% of paid amount
     - 2 days before showday ~ 1 day before showday : 30% of paid amount
  
  * No.2 policy will first be applied.
  * If your cancellation is in within ten days from event day even if it is in within 7 days after booking, cancellation fee will be charged.

Refund Policy
- 1. Credit Card
  - After 4~5 days(businees days) of purchase, credit card approval will be cancelled.
  - Cancellation fees and booking fees can be charged depending on the time of cancellation, and refunds will be made except for the fees.
  - If you have already received the ticket, the delivery fee is non-refundable.
  - If your order is unpaid, approval details and purchase cancellation are available
  If you cancel orders after payment with card charge, it will be deducted next month
  - If you cancel orders after payment, it takes three to seven(3~7) days

  - All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment.
  - If you paid by Credit of Debit card, your refund will go to your card within 30 days.
  - If you paid by PayPal Cash or Bank transfer, your refund will go back to the PayPal balance within 5 business days.
  - Beyond 1 day of the date of the original payment, PayPal's transaction exchange rate ( including a currency conversion spread ) on the date of the refund will apply.
  Therefore, due to changes in fees and exchange rates, you may not be able to receive the full amount of the original payment.(10 cents for PayPal payment fee is not refundable even if the reservation is canceled.)

Cancellation Policy
> Cancellation Policy
1. · The validity period of the ACE membership code is 30 days from the date of issue.(ex. When you issued ACE membership code on 12/1,
  the validity period is until 12/31)
2. · If the ACE membership code expires, you can’t use it. You can only get a refund if you cancel it directly on MY PAGE.
3. · For changing to ACE membership, you have to register issued ACE membership code at Lysn.
4. · Before the completion of registration and certification procedure of ‘ACE membership code’ for conversion to ‘ACE membership’ in ‘Lysn’,
  Cancellation of purchase of ‘ACE membership code’ is possible according to the reimbursement policy of YES24, without any separate cancellation fee.
5. · After registration and certification process is completed in ‘Lysn’ (completion of conversion to ‘ACE member’), certain amount of penalty will be incurred,
  and the remaining amount will be calculated and refunded in proportion to the remaining 'ACE membership’ validity period.
6. · When the cancellation fee (refund fee) has been occurred, only in the case that you pay the refund fee first you can cancel the purchase of
  ACE membership code.
7. · If you receive the ‘Membership card and Welcome kit', the shipping fee won't be refunded.
8. · To proceed on reimbursement process, the buyer of the‘ACE membership code’ must also maintain his/her YES24’s membership during the period of
  ‘ACE member’ status from time of purchasing ‘ACE membership code’.
9. · Full reimbursement will be unavailable from time when any of the benefits for “ACE members’ such as preemption for the artist’s concert, paid fan meeting, etc. is already provided or the Welcome Kit and membership card production is already started.
