[Sailor Package On-site Pickup Guide]
- Sailor Package Booth - Hours of Operation : 12PM ~ 6:30PM
- Please pick up your ticket and complete ID verification for this performance before picking up your Sailor Package.
- The purchaser’s identification must verified before attending the soundcheck and in order to receive the special goods. Please make sure to bring a physical ID for verification purposes.
- Sailor Package can only be picked up during the hours of operation at the Sailor Package booth and only on the date of the event purchased. Even if you could not attend the soundcheck event or receive special merch on the day, you will not be able to cancel or refund the ticket.
- If 2 tickets are purchased by one purchaser, the purchaser must bring their physical ID and come with their guest when picking up the items/tickets. The accompanying guest must also be an attendee of this event, and should come with the purchaser. It is not possible to pick up the Sailor Package without the main purchaser or the accompanied guest.

- After receiving tickets and verifying identity at the Sailor Package booth, attendees should wait in order of Sailor Package admission number from 2:30PM. Entrance will happen in the order of admission starting from 2:50PM.

1. No Cancellation Fee is available in 7 days from purchase date.
2. 8 days from purchase date
- ~ until 10 days before showday : Musical, Concert, Classic, Ballet 4,000won per 1 ticket / others 2,000 won per 1 ticket (But, 10% of paid amount)
- 9 days before showday ~ 7 days before showday : 10% of paid amount
- 6 days before showday ~ 3 days before showday : 20% of paid amount
- 2 days before showday ~ 1 day before showday : 30% of paid amount
* No.2 policy will first be applied.
* If your cancellation is in within ten days from event day even if it is in within 7 days after booking, cancellation fee will be charged.
- · Booking fee can be refund until 23:59 on the day of the purchasing, Otherwise impossible.
- · Delivery charge won't be refund for ticket that delivered or returned.

- After 4~5 days(businees days) of purchase, credit card approval will be cancelled.
- Cancellation fees and booking fees can be charged depending on the time of cancellation, and refunds will be made except for the fees.
- If you have already received the ticket, the delivery fee is non-refundable.

- 2. PayPal
- All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment.
- If you paid by Credit of Debit card, your refund will go to your card within 30 days.
- If you paid by PayPal Cash or Bank transfer, your refund will go back to the PayPal balance within 5 business days.
- Beyond 1 day of the date of the original payment, PayPal's transaction exchange rate ( including a currency conversion spread ) on the date of the refund will apply.
  Therefore, due to changes in fees and exchange rates, you may not be able to receive the full amount of the original payment.(10 cents for PayPal payment fee is not refundable even if the reservation is canceled.)

- · The validity period of the ACE membership code is 30 days from the date of issue.(ex. When you issued ACE membership code on 12/1,
the validity period is until 12/31)
- · If the ACE membership code expires, you can’t use it. You can only get a refund if you cancel it directly on MY PAGE.
- · For changing to ACE membership, you have to register issued ACE membership code at Lysn.
- · Before the completion of registration and certification procedure of ‘ACE membership code’ for conversion to ‘ACE membership’ in ‘Lysn’,
Cancellation of purchase of ‘ACE membership code’ is possible according to the reimbursement policy of YES24, without any separate cancellation fee.
- · After registration and certification process is completed in ‘Lysn’ (completion of conversion to ‘ACE member’), certain amount of penalty will be incurred,
and the remaining amount will be calculated and refunded in proportion to the remaining 'ACE membership’ validity period.
- · When the cancellation fee (refund fee) has been occurred, only in the case that you pay the refund fee first you can cancel the purchase of
ACE membership code.
- · If you receive the ‘Membership card and Welcome kit', the shipping fee won't be refunded.
- · To proceed on reimbursement process, the buyer of the‘ACE membership code’ must also maintain his/her YES24’s membership during the period of
