The official fan club certification and pre-sale of the fan club will be held at the same time.

Pre-purchase of the fan club is only available for members who have subscribed to 2023 iKONIC Membership through Mnet Plus.

Members who purchase tickets through pre-purchase of fan clubs can also purchase additional tickets within the purchase limit when making general reservations.

[How to prove that they's a fan club member]

※ Pre-purchase of the fan club can be made after verifying the 2023 iKONIC membership information you signed up for through Mnet Plus.

① Please sign up for Yes24 membership and log in with your ID and click "Fan Club Membership Certification" on the reservation page.

② You can authenticate by entering your name and membership code (6 digits) of the 2023 iKONIC membership in the authentication pop-up window.

In the case of global fan clubs, authentication is possible through the e-mail address and membership code (6 digits) used to sign up for Mnet Plus.

③ Please check the English upper case and lower case, number for the membership code.

The '2023 iKONIC Membership' code can be found on the 'Account > My Season Pass' on the Mnet Plus purchase page.

④ Pre-purchase precautions

Fan club pre-purchase certification is only possible once per Yes24 ticket ID.

You cannot change to another ID after authentication is completed, and you cannot re-authenticate it.

You can pre-purchase up to one fan club per person.

When you receive the ticket on the day of the performance, you will be confirmed, and please make a reservation with your ID that you will actually watch.

▶ GENERAL SALE : Tuesday, April 13, 2023 20:00 (KST) ~ (Purchase Limit: 2 tickets per person for each show.)

- 2 tickets per person, including the ticket purchased through the FANCLUB PRESALE.

- Those who purchase pre-purchase tickets for the fan club can purchase one additional ticket per episode when making general reservations.

- General reservations are made only for the remaining seats after the pre-sale of the fan club, and if the pre-sale of the fan club is sold out, general reservations are made There may not be any seats available at the time of opening.

▶ WHEELCHAIR SEAT RESERVATION ANNOUNCEMENT

- Wheelchair seat reservation is only available by phone. Please contact the YES24 Customer Service Number (T. 1544-6399) for the reservations from Friday, April 14 9AM. (Customer Service Operating Hours : Weekdays (9AM~6PM) / Saturday (9AM~5PM) / Sunday & Public Holidays are closed.)

- Only the audience using wheelchairs can use the wheelchair seats. You can use wheelchair seats with one companion.

※ To be able to collect and view the concert, please make sure to reserve tickets for yourself under your name only.

※ YES24 Global Ticket Service will be available.

※ Those who reserve tickets on the global page do not have to make an authorization via mobile or I-PIN to be able to reserve tickets. However, you will only be able to collect your tickets on-site after presenting proper ID.

〈Ticket reservation information〉

- For every show, only two tickets are available for each person. (including fan club pre-sale).

- The 1st floor is a mode standing seat. Standing seats are spaces where you can watch while standing without a separate seat (chair).

- The standing area is divided into 4 areas, Standing i, K, O, and N, and the numbers assigned when booking each area are in order of entry number. The sooner you select the number from the front when making a reservation, the sooner you can enter.

- Seat types for this performance may differ depending on the region, and some seats may not be partially visible from the stage due to production reasons.

- Cancellation/change/refund is only available for Yes24 ticket (1544-6399),

Cancellations/changes/refunds are not allowed after the cancellation deadline or on the day of the performance.

- Posted tickets are lost or damaged and cannot be reissued.

You cannot enter without a ticket for any reason. Please be very careful when storing tickets.

- Under age of 8 children are not allowed due to their hearing damage.

〈Information on ticket site receipt〉

- On the day of the performance, the ticket office is open from 3 hours before the performance to 30 minutes after the performance, so I hope there is no inconvenience in using it. If you do not receive it within the time frame or if you are not, you may not be able to receive or enter.

*However, the operating hours of the ticket office may change depending on the operation situation.

- Upon receipt of a ticket, a reservation confirmation certificate (mobile reservation page or printed copy of the reservation confirmation page) and the actual viewer.Your legal ID (resident registration card, driver's license, passport) must be checked, and if either of them is not prepared, you cannot receive a ticket, enter the concert hall, or refund the ticket.

〈Information on standing seats〉

- Standing area waiting to enter: 2 hours before the show starts

- Entering the standing area: An hour and a half before the performance begins

- The reservation number of the standing seats is in the order of admission, not the designated seats. The faster you book the front number, the faster the order of admission.

- According to the information provided on site and the guidance of the host, the tickets are arranged in order of reservation number from 2 hours before the start of the performance, and entry is made in the order in which they were arranged from 1.5 hours before the start of the performance.

(The entrance time may be changed according to the on-site situation on the day.)

- If you arrive after the order of entry of the reservation number, your reservation number will be invalid,

Please note that those who are entering must complete the entrance first and then enter last.

- Valuables may be lost, so please visit the venue in the most comfortable clothing possible.

- Only visitors to the standing area operate a paid storage area.

  1. No Cancellation Fee is available in 7 days from purchase date.
  2. 8 days from purchase date
     - ~ until 10 days before showday : Musical, Concert, Classic, Ballet 4,000won per 1 ticket / others 2,000 won per 1 ticket (But, 10% of paid amount)
     - 9 days before showday ~ 7 days before showday : 10% of paid amount
     - 6 days before showday ~ 3 days before showday : 20% of paid amount
     - 2 days before showday ~ 1 day before showday : 30% of paid amount
  
  * No.2 policy will first be applied.
  * If your cancellation is in within ten days from event day even if it is in within 7 days after booking, cancellation fee will be charged.
  1. · Booking fee can be refund until 23:59 on the day of the purchasing, Otherwise impossible.
  2. · Delivery charge won't be refund for ticket that delivered or returned.
  3. · Each different show has different cancellation policy. Please check the policy for relevant show.
Refund Policy
- 1. Credit Card
  - After 4~5 days(businees days) of purchase, credit card approval will be cancelled.
  - Cancellation fees and booking fees can be charged depending on the time of cancellation, and refunds will be made except for the fees.
  - If you have already received the ticket, the delivery fee is non-refundable.
  - If your order is unpaid, approval details and purchase cancellation are available
  If you cancel orders after payment with card charge, it will be deducted next month
  - If you cancel orders after payment, it takes three to seven(3~7) days
  - Refund date is depend on credit card company's policy. please call credit card company for more details.
- 2. PayPal
  - All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment.
  - If you paid by Credit of Debit card, your refund will go to your card within 30 days.
  - If you paid by PayPal Cash or Bank transfer, your refund will go back to the PayPal balance within 5 business days.
  - Beyond 1 day of the date of the original payment, PayPal's transaction exchange rate ( including a currency conversion spread ) on the date of the refund will apply.
  Therefore, due to changes in fees and exchange rates, you may not be able to receive the full amount of the original payment.(10 cents for PayPal payment fee is not refundable even if the reservation is canceled.)

Cancellation Policy
> Cancellation Policy
1. · The validity period of the ACE membership code is 30 days from the date of issue.(ex. When you issued ACE membership code on 12/1,
  the validity period is until 12/31)
2. · If the ACE membership code expires, you can’t use it. You can only get a refund if you cancel it directly on MY PAGE.
3. · For changing to ACE membership, you have to register issued ACE membership code at Lysn.
4. · Before the completion of registration and certification procedure of ‘ACE membership code’ for conversion to ‘ACE membership’ in ‘Lysn’,
  Cancellation of purchase of ‘ACE membership code’ is possible according to the reimbursement policy of YES24, without any separate cancellation fee.
5. · After registration and certification process is completed in ‘Lysn’ (completion of conversion to ‘ACE member’), certain amount of penalty will be incurred,
  and the remaining amount will be calculated and refunded in proportion to the remaining 'ACE membership’ validity period.
6. · When the cancellation fee (refund fee) has been occurred, only in the case that you pay the refund fee first you can cancel the purchase of
  ACE membership code.
7. · If you receive the ‘Membership card and Welcome kit', the shipping fee won't be refunded.
8. · To proceed on reimbursement process, the buyer of the‘ACE membership code’ must also maintain his/her YES24’s membership during the period of
  ‘ACE member’ status from time of purchasing ‘ACE membership code’.
9. · Full reimbursement will be unavailable from time when any of the benefits for “ACE members’ such as preemption for the artist’s concert, paid fan meeting, etc. is already provided or the Welcome Kit and membership card production is already started.
