On-site ticket sales will not be available for this show.

Tickets for any remaining seats may be purchased online until 11:30AM on the day of the show.

Please note that tickets purchased after the cancellation deadline for each show cannot be canceled or refunded on the day of the show.

※ According to the terms on the notice of this concert, ticket reservations will be canceled for cases where abnormal or fraudulent methods(e.g., using a macro program, etc.) have been detected in the ticket purchasing process.

If fraudulent ticket activity is suspected, the reservation holder may be required to undergo on-site ID verification and additional screening.

Any fan club member found to be involved in illegal ticket transactions will face immediate disqualification from My Day 5th Membership and will be banned from joining future membership terms.

※ By making a ticket reservation, you are agreeing to the terms below; these terms are subject to additions and/or change depending on event circumstances. Please check the information carefully before attending the event to ensure that you are not adversely affected.

※ Due to changes in the YES24 Global payment system, only credit cards issued outside of Korea (VISA / MASTER / UnionPay / JCB) and PayPal are accepted for payments on the YES24 Global website.

* FANCLUB PRESALE : Friday, August 8, 2025 20:00-23:59 (KST) (Purchase Limit: 1 ticket per person for each show)

- FANCLUB PRESALE is exclusively open for My day 5th Generation members. This is a members-only product available on YES24.

* GENERAL SALE : Monday, August 11, 2025 20:00~ (KST) (Purchase Limit : 2 tickets per person for each show.)

- 2 tickets per person for each show, including the ticket purchased through the FANCLUB PRESALE.

- All remaining seats from the FANCLUB PRESALE will be opened for GENERAL SALE.

[Notice Regarding Obstructed Views and Audio Limitations]

Please note that some seats may have obstructed views or audio limitations due to stage setup, artist positioning, and individual viewing preferences, including delay towers, console, structures, equipment, cameras, handrails, and columns.

In particular, please be aware of potential restrictions when booking seats in the following sections:

FLOOR: Some seats in Sections F18, F19, F23 and F24

2F: Some seats in Sections W2, T2, N1?N5, and E1?E2

3F: Some seats in Sections W7?W8, N6?N11, and E7?E8

※ The locations of view/audio restricted seats are subject to change or addition without prior notice depending on stage direction. Cancellations, exchanges, or refunds will not be available due to these restrictions.

[TICKET RECEIPT]

- Tickets purchased through the global page must be collected onsite. You must present your "Reservation Confirmation Receipt" and "Original Copy of ID" at the ticket box to be able to collect tickets.

- Please, be aware that we do not reissue tickets even if your ticket gets lost, stolen, damaged, etc.

- For more details, please refer to the "Ticket Pickup Information" section in the image below.

[Entrance Information]

- Only the person who made the reservation will be allowed to attend the concert. Please make sure to review the reservation page instructions before the event.

- Entry is only permitted to those holding one ticket per person. (Preschool children are not allowed to attend.)

- The doors will open 3 hours before the show. Entry times may vary depending on the on-site conditions for the day.

- After entering the venue, you will not be allowed to re-enter if you exit.

[Audience Notice]

- Please note that some seats may have obstructed views due to stage setup, artist positioning, and individual viewing preferences, including delay towers, console, structures, equipment, cameras, handrails, and columns. Cancellations, exchanges, or refunds will not be available due to these view restrictions.

※ This is an outdoor concert and will proceed even in the event of rain. Please note that cancellations or refunds will not be granted on the day of the concert due to a change of mind related to the weather. However, the concert may be suspended or canceled if it is determined that there are safety issues or if it becomes difficult to continue the show.

※ The use of umbrellas is prohibited in the seating area. We also ask that you refrain from using them outside the seating area when it is crowded.

How to cancel my ticket

Cancellation Policy
- > Cancellation Deadline
  1. (Show on Tue~Sat) available till 5 pm prior to show day to cancel
  2. (Show on Sun/Mon) available till 11am on Sat. to cancel
  3. (Show on hollidays/the day after hollidays)

     - Not availble to cancel on hollidays
     * After the due has passed, no cancellation/change/refund
  
  > Cancellation Fee
  1. No Cancellation Fee is available in 7 days from purchase date.
  2. 8 days from purchase date
     - ~ until 10 days before showday : Musical, Concert, Classic, Ballet 4,000won per 1 ticket / others 2,000 won per 1 ticket (But, 10% of paid amount)
     - 9 days before showday ~ 7 days before showday : 10% of paid amount
     - 6 days before showday ~ 3 days before showday : 20% of paid amount
     - 2 days before showday ~ 1 day before showday : 30% of paid amount
  
  * No.2 policy will first be applied.
  * If your cancellation is in within ten days from event day even if it is in within 7 days after booking, cancellation fee will be charged.
  1. · Booking fee can be refund until 23:59 on the day of the purchasing, Otherwise impossible.
  2. · Delivery charge won't be refund for ticket that delivered or returned.
  3. · Each different show has different cancellation policy. Please check the policy for relevant show.
Refund Policy
- 1. Credit Card
  - After 4~5 days(businees days) of purchase, credit card approval will be cancelled.
  - Cancellation fees and booking fees can be charged depending on the time of cancellation, and refunds will be made except for the fees.
  - If you have already received the ticket, the delivery fee is non-refundable.
  - If your order is unpaid, approval details and purchase cancellation are available
  If you cancel orders after payment with card charge, it will be deducted next month
  - If you cancel orders after payment, it takes three to seven(3~7) days
  - Refund date is depend on credit card company's policy. please call credit card company for more details.
- 2. PayPal
  - All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment.
  - If you paid by Credit of Debit card, your refund will go to your card within 30 days.
  - If you paid by PayPal Cash or Bank transfer, your refund will go back to the PayPal balance within 5 business days.
  - Beyond 1 day of the date of the original payment, PayPal's transaction exchange rate ( including a currency conversion spread ) on the date of the refund will apply.
  Therefore, due to changes in fees and exchange rates, you may not be able to receive the full amount of the original payment.(10 cents for PayPal payment fee is not refundable even if the reservation is canceled.)

Cancellation Policy
> Cancellation Policy
1. · The validity period of the ACE membership code is 30 days from the date of issue.(ex. When you issued ACE membership code on 12/1,
  the validity period is until 12/31)
2. · If the ACE membership code expires, you can’t use it. You can only get a refund if you cancel it directly on MY PAGE.
3. · For changing to ACE membership, you have to register issued ACE membership code at Lysn.
4. · Before the completion of registration and certification procedure of ‘ACE membership code’ for conversion to ‘ACE membership’ in ‘Lysn’,
  Cancellation of purchase of ‘ACE membership code’ is possible according to the reimbursement policy of YES24, without any separate cancellation fee.
5. · After registration and certification process is completed in ‘Lysn’ (completion of conversion to ‘ACE member’), certain amount of penalty will be incurred,
  and the remaining amount will be calculated and refunded in proportion to the remaining 'ACE membership’ validity period.
6. · When the cancellation fee (refund fee) has been occurred, only in the case that you pay the refund fee first you can cancel the purchase of
  ACE membership code.
7. · If you receive the ‘Membership card and Welcome kit', the shipping fee won't be refunded.
8. · To proceed on reimbursement process, the buyer of the‘ACE membership code’ must also maintain his/her YES24’s membership during the period of
  ‘ACE member’ status from time of purchasing ‘ACE membership code’.
9. · Full reimbursement will be unavailable from time when any of the benefits for “ACE members’ such as preemption for the artist’s concert, paid fan meeting, etc. is already provided or the Welcome Kit and membership card production is already started.
